If you give less than a 4 or 5 star review, you're probably the issue. Paul has been to my house on 2 occasions in the past year. Last may, he fixed an issue with our dryer. He had that dryer completely disassembled, fixed, cleaned, and back together in under an hour. Today he was here to fix our washer that stopped agitating and spinning. After describing the symptoms over a text message, he had an idea what it was. He showed up as promised and again had it fixed within an hour. Affordable, reliable, and he knows what he's doing. Highly recommend!
Paul helped us with an issue with our washer and dryer back in 2023. He gave such great customer service, we decided to call him back in 2025 when we had an issue with our washer. He determined that the washer was not spinning/draining due to an imbalance. We ran a few more "balanced" loads without issue.
