Paul helped us with an issue with our washer and dryer back in 2023. He gave such great customer service, we decided to call him back in 2025 when we had an issue with our washer. He determined that the washer was not spinning/draining due to an imbalance. We ran a few more "balanced" loads without issue. I highly recommend Paul’s washer and dryer service for people in Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada. He is very easy to work with and knows exactly what he’s doing. He fixed my washer once for a reasonable price. He coached me how to fix minor problems myself over the phone two more times without charge. He’s a good guy, very competent and reasonably priced.
