After reading the excellent reviews, I called Paul about an ongoing issue with my washing machine. If you give less than a 4 or 5 star review, you're probably the issue. Paul has been to my house on 2 occasions in the past year. Last may, he fixed an issue with our dryer. He had that dryer completely disassembled, fixed, cleaned, and back together in under an hour. Today he was here to fix our washer that stopped agitating and spinning. After describing the symptoms over a text message, he had an idea what it was. He showed up as promised and again had it fixed within an hour. Affordable, reliable, and he knows what he's doing. Highly recommend!
