If you give less than a 4 or 5 star review, you're probably the issue. Paul has been to my house on 2 occasions in the past year. Last may, he fixed an issue with our dryer. He had that dryer completely disassembled, fixed, cleaned, and back together in under an hour. Today he was here to fix our washer that stopped agitating and spinning. After describing the symptoms over a text message, he had an idea what it was. He showed up as promised and again had it fixed within an hour. Affordable, reliable, and he knows what he's doing. Highly recommend!
Paul helped us with an issue with our washer and dryer back in 2023. He gave such great customer service, we decided to call him back in 2025 when we had an issue with our washer. He determined that the washer was not spinning/draining due to an imbalance. We ran a few more "balanced" loads without issue. He followed up with a text to make sure everything was still working correctly! Great customer service and follow-up too. We will be reaching out to Paul for any future washer/dryer needs!
Paul was very pleasant when I called . He answered right away on a Sunday. He walked me thru the whole process and was very patient with my dilemma. He solved the problem I was having with my washer and saved me so much time and money I would have normally spent on costly unneccessary repairs with other repair places .
